The options for lunch or dinner are very tempting as our menu includes carefully selected dishes. We suggest that you start with the feta cheese in crust with honey and black sesame, the homemade tomato balls, the traditional Santorinean fava with onions stew and the unique mashed white eggplants. You will continue with the handmade moussaka, the pan-fried seabream seasoned with garlic mayonnaise and the mushrooms trilogy risotto with butter and parmesan cheese.
Together with these dishes, you can have the one-of-a-kind salad “the Briki” with beetroot, walnuts, radish and olive oil or the refreshing “Santorini” salad. It will be a true vitamin explosion! The choices in appetizers, main courses and salads are numerous, savorous and they will certainly satisfy any gustatory requirement.
